Yes. Our coast teams cover the whole coastline. Most properties today are in Ostend, Blankenberge, Middelkerke, Westende, Knokke and Nieuwpoort, but contact us for any resort.
Can you do several turnovers on the same Saturday?
That is exactly what we are built for. In high season our coast teams do dozens of turnovers on a single Saturday, scheduled on each property's check-out and check-in.
Do you work with key safes and access codes?
Yes. We work with key safes, code locks and smart locks. Codes are only shared with the fixed team for your properties.
What does cleaning a seaside holiday apartment cost?
A studio costs €40 per turnover, a 1-bedroom apartment €50, 2 bedrooms €65 and 3 bedrooms €80. Larger homes and villas get a tailored price.
