What concierge services ask us first.
How fast can you take on a new property?
Usually within the week. After a short intro call we schedule a trial turnover; after that the property is in our fixed schedule.
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Yes. Saturday is our busiest day. We work 7 days a week, public holidays included.
Who supplies the products and the linen?
We bring cleaning products and equipment ourselves. Linen is changed from the property's own stock; for properties up to 150 m² we can take over the washing as well.
What if a guest has caused damage?
Our team photographs the damage immediately and includes it in the report. You have the evidence for the guest or the platform before the next check-in.
Do you work outside the coast?
Yes. About 80% of our properties are on the coast, but today we also work in Antwerp, Mechelen, Brussels, Ghent, Bruges, Namur and Liège — and we travel anywhere in Belgium.
How does invoicing work?
One monthly invoice with a line per property and per turnover. Easy to pass on to your owners.
